Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of gptsheet (the "Service"), provided by the gptsheet team. By installing or using the add-on, you agree to them.

1. License grant

When you purchase a license, we grant you a perpetual, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use gptsheet on the single Google account you bind it to. Lifetime licenses include all updates released for one (1) year from your purchase date. Updates after that may require a small renewal fee at our discretion; we will give at least 60 days' notice.

You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the add-on. You may use it for personal or commercial work inside your own organization without additional fees.

2. Bring your own keys

gptsheet does not include LLM credits. You provide your own API keys for OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or any other supported provider. You are solely responsible for the bills your usage generates with those providers, and for following their respective terms.

3. Refund policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. To request a refund, email leepun@gmail.com with your license key within 14 days of purchase. Once refunded, your license will be deactivated.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use gptsheet to violate any law or third party's rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the license verification system or bypass the license gate.
• Share your license key with others. One license = one Google account.
• Generate content that violates the LLM provider's own usage policies.

5. No warranty on LLM output

LLM models are imperfect. Output may be inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for the use case you apply it to. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content before relying on it, especially for decisions that involve money, health, safety, or legal matters.

6. Service availability

The license-verification endpoint is provided "as is". We aim for high uptime but don't promise it. If the endpoint is down, your already-activated license continues to work (it caches locally); only new activations would be affected. We are not liable for downtime of LLM providers' APIs.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of gptsheet is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold gptsheet harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these terms.

9. Termination

We may revoke a license that breaches these terms. If we do, and you are within your 14-day refund window, you'll get a refund. Otherwise, no refund is owed for terminations due to breach.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via the marketing site and on this page. Continued use after the change means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
